Business Developer / Sales Manager / Account Manager

We are looking for someone to join our team who will manage, grow and expand these strategic relationships. Specifically, we are looking for someone who can build and lead our connections with senior stakeholders, conduct technical conversations with product teams, drive product adoption, and ultimately help build the next generation of our user-focused platform.

You will:

  • Build long-term relationships with your clients, to deeply understand their ecosystem, strategy and goals.
  • Evaluate and assess the strategic and economic impact of potential opportunities with your clients.
  • Drive cost and operational optimizations for your clients.
  • Work closely across multiple functions (e.g. sales, marketing, operations) to improve our product and service.
  • Lead and contribute to shaping our industry and account management strategy, to enhance MMXX’s internal and external efficiencies.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of experience managing client relationships, sales and/or technology experience is preferred.
  • Analytical ability to drive high-impact outcomes for both our clients and MMXX.
  • Ability to develop and execute long-term industry and account strategies.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical requirements.
  • Strong internal and external communication and interpersonal skills, including with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical ability to manage complex reporting, pricing and cost considerations.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity.
