Partner Manager

Our users, employers and employees, are the heart of our business. Companies like Tesla and Vodafone rely on our platform to change to smarter and greener mobility solutions. We are looking for someone to join our team who will manage, grow and expand our partnerships with suppliers. Specifically, we are looking for someone who understands market dynamics and can translate the changing needs of our clients into new supply opportunities. You will be the intermediary between our product development team and the supplier technical teams to build stronger partnerships. Next to that, you will manage the operational performance of suppliers to assure MMXX delivers the excellent user experience throughout our platform.


You will:

  • Define and execute the various partner strategies in close cooperation with the product development team.
  • Translate market developments and innovations into new growth opportunities for MMXX via new or enhanced partnerships with suppliers.
  • Co-build the go-to-market approach and marketing for new product functionality that comes through or is supported by our partners.
  • Make ambitious growth plans with partners and manage the supplier performance.  
  • Deeply understand market developments and dynamics around smart mobility.
  • Introduce and leverage ideas, standards and technology used by partners or potential disruptors that benefit the users’ experience and the MMXX product.
  • Drive simplification to enhance MMXX’s internal and external efficiencies.


We are looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of partner management experience, preferably including 2+ years of procurement experience.
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships and a broad partnership network.
  • Experience in finding, selecting and contracting suppliers to develop long-term partnerships.
  • Solid marketing knowledge to support the marketing team to the launch new partnerships or market other partner developments.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements and connectivity between multiple applications, preferably with SaaS solutions.
  • Strong internal and external communication and interpersonal skills, including good negotiation skills.
  • Analytical skills to manage performance against targets, preferably with contract management experience.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity.
